Enter your names exactly as they appear on your birth certificate or
passport. They will be printed on your student ID and certificates, and
changing them later requires a formal request.
Start with Application Type, then College —
the department, program, major and minor lists are loaded from the college
you pick, so they stay empty until it is chosen.
Transfer Student: You will be required to upload your previous school transcript in the Documents section.
Transfer Student Information
A short paragraph is enough. This is read as part of your application review.
This section is about the secondary school you completed
before applying. If you are transferring from another university, enter
that institution in the Academic Info step instead.
Give someone we can reach if you are unwell or unreachable — usually a
parent, guardian or spouse. Please pick someone other than
yourself who is likely to answer an unknown number.
Everything in this step is optional. The health questions are used only to
support you on campus — they play no part in whether your application is
accepted.
Optional. Anything campus health services should know about. Seen only by health and welfare staff.
Optional. List food, medication or environmental allergies, and how severe each is.
Optional. Adjustments that would help you study — access, seating, exam arrangements.
Optional. Helps us understand which of our outreach efforts reach applicants.
Optional. Use this for anything the form did not ask about — scholarships you are seeking, a gap in your schooling, or a change of name.

Document Submission Checklist
Tick every document you are handing in — whether you uploaded it above or
are bringing a physical copy to the admissions office. This is what the
office checks your file against, so leaving a box unticked can hold up
your application even if the document was uploaded.
Note: Documents not uploaded now must be submitted to the admissions office on campus to complete your application. Without these documents, your application cannot be finalized.
Use the steps on the left to go back and check anything before you submit.
Once submitted you will receive a voucher code — keep it safe, as it is how
you update your details later through the Self-Service Portal.
