Freshman Applicants
- A high school diploma with a minimum average score per Apex University’s admission standards.
- Strong academic performance in relevant subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
- Demonstrated interest in engineering, technology, or related fields.
Transfer Students
- Completion of at least one academic year at an accredited institution.
- A minimum GPA as required by Apex University’s transfer policy.
- Relevant coursework aligned with the College’s curriculum for credit transfer.
Freshman Students
- Complete the online application form on the Apex University admissions portal.
- Submit high school transcripts, a personal statement, and two recommendation letters.
- Attend an interview to discuss your goals and interests.
Transfer Students
- Submit official transcripts for evaluation of credit transfer eligibility.
- Fill out the transfer application and include a transfer statement.
- Provide two letters from instructors or faculty at your current institution.
All application materials must be submitted online through the Apex University admissions portal, including transcripts, personal statements, and recommendation letters. For technical difficulties or physical submissions, documents can be mailed to the Admissions Office at Apex University’s campus.

Freshman Year
- Foundation courses in Mathematics, Physics, and introductory Engineering/Computer Science.

Sophomore Year

The College of Engineering and Technology is supported by a dedicated team of 19 instructional staff members, including six instructors and one lab attendant in the Department of Computer Science, four instructors in the Department of Civil Engineering, four instructors in Mathematics, and two instructors each in Physics and Chemistry.
