The Apex University of Liberia is a Liberian owned Tertiary Education Institution, which is accredited by the National Commission on Higher Education of the Republic of Liberia, aimed at providing relevant and strategic bachelor degree granting programs across its five(5) Colleges with the overarching goal of providing  quality, affordable and convenient educational programs for the Liberian populace, particularly focusing on the less privileged with strong academic thirst,  through different academic and specialized professional  programs. The institution was legally established in February 2021 with the primary vision – to train, educate, inspire and contribute to the growth and development of Liberia through tertiary educational programs, and specialized professional skills that bridge the learning gap and optimally meet the increasing demand for affordable and quality tertiary education in Liberia in transforming minds for nation building.

The AUL is a premier tertiary institution that is providing quality, affordable and relevant academic programs. The vision to establish such tertiary education  was birthed as a result of the unforgettable and challenging struggle faced by the Vision bearer, who is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees¾Hon. Thomas P Fallah ( A Prominent Liberian Legislator) to acquire tertiary education due to his parents’ inability to garner the adequate financial resources coupled with his long-held belief in quality education as the fulcrum of any successful nation.

In fact, such vision has been relatively actualized through the initial establishment of the Thomas P. Fallah Vocational Education Academy (T-FIVE Academy), which is providing basic and quality foundational education for cross section of individuals over the last decade and many of whom have graduated from the school are making impact at different fronts. These inspirational achievements along with the challenges faced by the proprietor are the driving forces behind the vision that has been actualized to have a well-functioning State of the Art University inclusive of a Digital Learning Center, Library, Competent Faculty both International and Local, the enrollment of all students in the university’s digital learning program, conducive learning facilities, suitable student, faculty and administration relations.   

Apex University of Liberia is located on the SKD Boulevard, 72^nd Community, Paynesville City, that has an attractive population in which vast percentage centers around young people. The Institution remains a hub of academic excellence in pursuit of attaining specialized skills in pursuit of undergrad studies. The University is opened to all with no room for segregation (Politically, Religiously, Ethnicity and other discriminatory factors).
